Insurance

I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. Should you participate with another carrier I will be happy to supply you with information needed to submit for out of network reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about your eligibility for these benefits.
Payment

Payment will be due and payable at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged.
I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards/flexible spending accounts at this time.
Good Faith Estimates
Effective January 2022, under section 2799B-6 of the Public Service Health Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of how much your medical and mental healthcare will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill for at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
